Colour : The 2014 Sauvignon has a pale straw colour with a lime green rim.
Nose : On the nose it shows an abundance of ripe summer fruit like passion fruit, sweet melon and white peach mixed with herbaceous and green pepper aromas.
Palate : The sweet summer fruit gives richness to the palate, beautifully balanced by a crisp, fresh acidity.
Serving suggestion : Fresh mussels with garlic butter, tuna carpaccio drizzled with virgin olive oil. Grilled calamari in a lime and ginger marinade. 7 – 10°CAlcohol : 13.39%

The 2013 Meritage Reserve is a dazzling Bordeaux blend with a backbone of classic Cabernet Sauvignon.
Varietals : Cabernet Sauvignon/ Cabernet Franc/ Petit Verdot/ Malbec.
Nose : It immediately delights the senses with Swiss milk chocolate and rich blueberry preserve.
Palate : The bright purple colour seemingly follows through to the palate with notes of violets and purple plums. Hints of new oak provide a creamy depth, while cured meat and toasted walnuts add further savoury complexity. A coulis of cranberries and plums line the long and rewarding finish which is lifted by a fresh, tangy acidity. Fluffy tannins add structure and texture, and will provide 3-5 years of ageing potential.
