Netflix – What To Watch In September

We are officially in September and even though it hasn’t quite felt like spring yet (considering the weather), the excitement hasn’t waned a bit, this is especially when you consider the great variety of content Netflix has in store this month. The selection coming our way this month will definitely put a spring (see what was done there?) in anyone’s step with the launch of Ryan Murphy’s new show The Politician starring Ben Platt, Jessica Lange and Gwenyth Paltrow. In addition, we can also look forward to the squad from Elite returning for a second season, along with Bean and Luci in Disenchantment: Part 2. Here are our top picks:

The Politician – 9/27/2019

Payton Hobart (Ben Platt), a wealthy student from Santa Barbara, California, has known since age seven that he’s going to be President of the United States. But first, he’ll have to navigate the most treacherous political landscape of all: Saint Sebastian High School. To get elected Student Body President, secure a spot at Harvard, and stay on his singular path to success, Payton will have to outsmart his ruthless classmates without sacrificing his own morality and carefully crafted image. Full of comedy and sly satire, Ryan Murphy’s The Politician offers a rare glimpse into just what it takes to make a politician.
