Life’s Too Short To Drink Bad Wine. Spier Secret Sparkling

A very subtle and delicious bubbly that’s priced so well. The grapes were hand-harvested early in the morning, crushed and destemmed. Skin contact lasted six hours to extract the beautiful colour. Fermentation took place in stainless-steel tanks under controlled temperatures. The wine was blended together before bottling under 5 Bar pressure with CO2 gas to create a smooth elegant bubble in the wine.

The Spier Secret Sparkling is an effervescent, salmon-pink rosé. Offering baskets of strawberry and raspberry on the nose, the blend’s rich, honeyed palate bursts with bubbles and has a crisp finish. Enjoy chilled on its own, or event with brunch. It’s your secret to a great time.

There are strawberry and raspberry aromas with hints of Muscat on the nose. The rich, honeyed palate bursts with vivacious bubbles and has a crisp, fresh finish

Salmon, cream cheese, capers, fresh hake and calamari dishes are great teammates when pairing here.
